As we move further into the year, it's been great to reconnect with so many customers across industry events.  These conversations continue to reflect how active and dynamic the production environment is as the year gains momentum.
 

Across these interactions, several themes consistently emerge: maintaining consistency, adapting to changing demands, and keeping operations performing at a high level.  It also reinforces how much overall performance is shaped by what happens earlier in the process.
 

Our focus remains on staying close to these conversations and continuing to strengthen how we support our customers. Whether through expanded regional access, continued investment in training and technical expertise, or time spent together at our facilities, we are committed to being present, responsive, and aligned with your needs as they evolve.

Conversations with customers at events like IPPE and Pet Food Forum continue to point back to the same part of the process. When performance issues show up later in production, they often trace back to how product was handled upstream.
 

Grinding, mixing, and emulsifying set the foundation for everything that follows. When these steps are stable and repeatable, it becomes easier to maintain flow, reduce variation, and keep production running as expected.

 As production demands increase, that early-stage consistency becomes even more important. Small differences at the start tend to carry through and become more difficult to manage later.

Our facilities in Lake Forest, IL and Cypress, CA continue to play an important role in how we engage with customers.  As activity increases throughout the year, we are seeing more opportunities for in-person collaboration through training, testing, and application-focused discussions.

 

These interactions provide a closer look at how products are running and where adjustments can support more consistent performance.  Whether working through a specific application or evaluating broader production goals, time spent together allows for more direct and practical alignment

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP VISITS US IPPE

At IPPE earlier this year, we were honored to host Mr. Markus Handtmann, fifth-generation owner, along with Harald Suchanka, CEO of the Processing Division. Their time at the show provided a valuable opportunity to connect directly with customers and engage in conversations shaping production across the industry.
