Smooth Transfer and Shaping Control
The FS 532 synchronizes forming and product transfer through coordinated servo motion between the coextrusion head and the conveyer. As the diaphragm-forming head closes to separate each portion, it moves smoothly downward *with* the product before returning to start the next cycle. At the same time, the servo-controlled conveyor belt adjusts its height to guide each portion as it forms. This coordinated movement supports clean separation, consistent shape, and gentle product handling for reliable performance and high-quality appearance.
Precision Forming for High Filling Ratio
Achieve up to 70 percent inner filling while maintaining a clean seal and uniform shape. The iris-forming system precisely centers the filling and seals each portion securely, holding form through the handling, freezing, baking or cooking process.
